Eligibility Criteria

Presentation of necessary documents, such as a job contract or other proof of income. Alternatively, clients should be prepared to pay several months upfront.

An upfront fee of €500

The equivalent of one month’s rent upon contract finalization
For example, if the apartment’s monthly rent is €1200, you’ll pay €500 upfront and the remaining €700 after sealing the deal.
